FRIENDS OF FLASS VALE

COFFEE MORNING

Saturday 18 May 2024  10am – 12.30pm

Waddington St. Church Hall

FRIDAY EVENING

If you can help, or wish to drop anything off, we will be setting the stalls up in the church hall from 6.30pm till 8.30pm. 

Any help you can give would be good.

• BOTTLE RAFFLE stall and the TOMBOLA stall would be grateful for help folding raffle tickets.  If you wish to donate anything for the Bottle Raffle or Tombola stall (ready wrapped), can you deliver it on Friday, please.

• RAFFLE TICKETS, if you are one of the dedicated people who have been selling Bottle Raffle tickets, please can you bring any money and books for the Treasurer.

WE STILL NEED 2 MORE HELPERS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU COULD SELL A FEW.

• PLANT stall, if plants are labelled. (Loofa or skunk cabbage?) So helpful !

• CAKE stall, please deliver jams, chutneys, cakes on Friday or Saturday.

• BOOK stall, paperback novels only please.

• FOFV CARDS – All pictures, some new, have been taken in Flass Vale.

• CAFE – Tea, Coffee etc .  Cake and scones on Saturday.

SATURDAY  

PLEASE bring your good selves, with CASH (we have no card machines).

Also, if possible, your own CARRIER BAGS, everyone is running short now!

The BOTTLE RAFFLE last tickets sold at 12 noon, drawn at 12.15pm.

We hope to see you there for a catch up over a coffee and scone.

If you can help clear away at 12.30 we would be very grateful.
